We CAN have blue skies here! I got the proof earlier this week, before the rain (again.) Yesterday was a no rain day, also, but the sky was so unclouded it was not very interesting, Sky Watch-wise, anyway.

Sky Watch Friday (which actually starts on Thursday evening, Greenwich Mean Time (England), is hosted by
Tom Wiggers at Welcome to Wiggers World. Please visit his blog to see wonderful sky photos from around the world! It's worth the time.
It looks crisp and fresh, Pat.
ReplyDeleteSure is a bright sky--crisp and fresh, as Hilary says.

Beautiful scenery with magnificent colors
ReplyDeleteSkies are always interesting if you use your imagination... in this case it is beautiful in the blues and the whites and the greens... great contrasts... fantastic photo!
ReplyDeleteMountain Retreat
The trees in front of the sky makes the sky interesting!
ReplyDeletePS What is a stamper?? (If you'll excuse for asking)
Great sky watch!
ReplyDeleteLovely weekend to you from Norway.
Nice shot
ReplyDeleteHoorah! Those blue skies remind me of being a kid, laying in the grass and making shapes out of the clouds.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a gorgeous day, Pat!
ReplyDeleteThat was a nice day to capture the Blue Sky.
ReplyDeleteThat looks so clear. Love the photos.
ReplyDeleteMe again: Thank yoy for a quick answer! I have learned something new, and that is always nice. I must I admit that I imagined some form of French-type wine-making...
ReplyDeleteExcellent photo with a very beautiful sky and colors expetaculares, congratulations.
ReplyDeleteGreat sky watch!
ReplyDeletethe sky is imitating the trees
ReplyDeletegreat catch for SWF! the twinkling sky seemed to throbs off to one body, timed for a common pulse. Mine's up too hope you can drop by.
ReplyDeleteWow! When we visited southwest Missouri for two weeks ending a week a go, my daugthers said on more than one occasion, "Why isn't the sky blue?" Too bad they couldn't have seen the beautiful sky in your picture!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot!! Love those cloudy skies!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the good weather. :)
Pretty shot Pat. Have a grand weekend. Oh and the flowering tree in my photo is a Jacaranda.

ReplyDeleteThat's beautiful. That's what I always think of as a classic June sky.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot! We had blue skies here, too. However, I fear thunderstorms tomorrow for our house sale.....sigh...
ReplyDeleteIt is interesting how some parts of the country are drenched, and California is in drought!
ReplyDeleteFine blue sky you posted here!
"Louis", an early riser, caught San Francisco waking up.
Skies like this makes me smile :)
ReplyDeleteNice sky shot. So glad you had blue skies! The white clouds contrast nicely with the blue sky and green trees.
ReplyDeleteHi Pat - thanks for the great comment on my SWF post.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed this one and the warm humour of your previous post too!

Hahhaaa, I never thought of completely blue skies being a 'curse' until posting for skywatch ;) Gorgeous clouds!
ReplyDeleteA lovely sky - makes you want a breath of that fresh air.
ReplyDeleteThe blue always looks a bit more sweeter after so much rain. Thanks for having visited mine at: Thank you for having visited mine at: varying seasons
ReplyDeleteAn absolutely gorgeous Arkansas sky. B. Roan
ReplyDeleteHello Arkansas, You should be getting out of the Nadie season. Good to see some blue skies shining on you. Pappy
ReplyDeleteyou've captured one perfect day in Arkansas.:)
ReplyDeleteLove the fluffy clouds! It looks like you took this picture from my yard!
ReplyDeleteVery nice! It looks like a beautiful day!
ReplyDeleteDarn, Pat - I could have sworn i commented already! Sorry about that!
ReplyDeleteLove your picture - you had a blue sky with the intensity I did here in CT when I took my SWF photo. My Missouri parents have said blue MO skies have been scarce this spring! Stay safe in all those storms.
Clouds are just wonderful!
Beautiful sky. Clouds are always great. We have been having cold and rainy weather and yesterday was beautiful and to us warm (64) so of course today it is raining again. MB
ReplyDeleteAhhh..but did you see the moon in the cloudless sky yesterday? I didn't know what GMT meant....now I do. Have a super great Friday and weekend. :)
ReplyDeleteNice shot for SWF
ReplyDeleteQuite a contrast between this sky and your last one! We can have lovely skies like this, too - honest!
ReplyDeletePuffy clouds, blue skies, lush green trees, MMN,mmn, mmn! Thanks for stopping by my blog!
ReplyDeleteI hope you have blue skies all summer! :)
ReplyDeleteSo pretty!
ReplyDeleteA nice break for you--terrible weather be gone!
ReplyDeleteWhen you have nothing but rain for so long, we forget what the blue sky and white fluffy clouds look like. When they finally appear, it makes us appreciate it even more. Beautiful photo.
ReplyDeleteGlad you got some sun. I like your shot :)
ReplyDeleteNice sky capture! I read your previous post and liked it too!
ReplyDeleteOle Abe got a lot of peoples attention with that yarn about running naked in the corn!
Beautiful sky, I love the green against the blue. Thanks for your visit to Robin's Woods and the lovely compliment!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteGreat sky going on there. Thanks for stopping by, my first time participating in SWF. So much fun, to see different photo's from all over the world...Amazing.
ReplyDeleteNice to meet you!
That's strange ! the view in your picture looks very similar to the view I have from our living room ! and the sky with these fluffy clouds too ! That's amazing because we live so far away from each other !
ReplyDeleteSorry I forgot to put the link to my photoblog on my main blog. It is http://gattina-keyholepictures.blogspot.com/
Nice
ReplyDeleteVery nice view for Sky Watch!
ReplyDeleteI love the deep blue sky with fluffy, white clouds. When it gets hot here (4 days above 95 this week), we get a lot of haze which detracts from the sky. Thanks for visiting my Sky Watch.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful Skywatch sky, Pat, but I know you are getting more of those thunderstorms this evening. They have already passed through our part of the state, but seem to be intensifying to our south. Stay safe and dry.
ReplyDeleteMarvin @ Hodgepodgery
Such a beautiful day. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThis is Summer!
ReplyDelete/Katarina
Lovely bright blue sky. I do hope you get to see some more of it!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a nice clear sky.
ReplyDeleteLovely photo! Thanks for stopping by my place. I also do rubber stamping!
ReplyDeleteNice contrast, nice colors. I think you are quite right, blue skies is a bit (just a bit) boring to watch. This is interesting.
ReplyDeleteFlag Day.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your visiting and compliment to my photos.
I can feel and hear the summer breeze, top picture. Thanks for the visit, bye for now.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my site. I would not take a bus load of teenagers anywhere on my own but it is part of my job and I do like having a roof over my head, a car to drive, and food to eat. I love your site. I'm making you one of my favs. Be blessed. JC
ReplyDeleteAfter the long and dark winter we had this year, a view of blue sky through the trees is very appealing to me!
