Beautiful, Pat. Just beautiful. I have heard this tune before, 'though it is more usually sung to Crimond in this part of England. It's true - nothing beats the rest and refreshment that the Good Shepherd provides. x
Happy Christmas Pat, We do hope that you have a lovely time with friends and family. I know that you and I have not been posting on our blogs as much as we used to.. Life, health, and all sorts of things can get in the way, but we do think of you with real thankfulness. Kind thoughts from Peter, Laura, Nigella Stopit, and Ginger xx

Pat, this is absolutely beautiful. I had not heard this tune before, but the Wells Cathedral Choir sang it beautifully.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful- good to see you are back and hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteLovely pastoral scene and Psalm.
ReplyDeleteAnother I like is Psalm 100:4
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.
Hope your Thanksgiving was blessed with many memories.
