Intentions, intentions. It's been almost another whole month since I last posted. Apologies are worthless; I've been engaged in other things.
My dear brother-in-law, who celebrated his 89th birthday on September 30, died on November 11. He had been not in good health for some time, but declined rapidly following a rather vicious lung infection which hospitalized him in October. I was able to visit him briefly in a Hot Springs hospice on the Friday before his death. Our last words to each other were "I love you," and "I love you, too."
I invite you to read, remember, and take to heart the quotation from Henri Frederic Amiel which is on the side bar of my blog.
Tomorrow is also a day.

Wishing you well, Pat. Hugs-----
Aw Pat, I am so very sorry. I am glad you at least got to express hearts to each other before he left. Sometimes we wait too long. That quote says it all.
Thinking of you Pat. Loved the quote and worth taking to heart and remembering. Glad that you were able to be with your brother-in-law near the end and share your love. Kind thoughts to you from us down here.
Hugs, P, L, NS & G xx
I am so sorry about the passing of your Brother.
Sending you warmest hugs...
Jackie
I'm so sorry for your loss, Pat. There are not finer final words that could be said to one another though. I'm glad you were able to see him and share your heart with him one last time. Hugs to you.
