That war took so many of our finest. I hope your memories are sweet if painful.

My condolences, Pat. I know that the pain never goes away. I am three weeks older than your brother, and I see that he was born on my mother's birthday and passed from this life one day before my father's birthday. May perpetual light shine upon him.

Hello on a gorgeous, spring day in TENNESSEE. Wow---after the long and bitter winter we had this year, Spring is even more inviting and lovely.

What a great tribute, Pat. We never forget those whom we love who have passed away... God Bless.

We are now home 'again' --after our 5th trip since the end of February.... Seems as if we visited five different states --although the trips weren't planned for that reason... ha... BUT--as I always say, it's great to be home... I did publish a blog post today--so check it out when you have time. Have a wonderful weekend.

How cruel is war and so senseless! young men are going to be killed and are forced to kill. Your post is a worthy tribute to your loved one.
Thank you for your kind comment. Have a great weekend!
